What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses natural trance states, which we go into spontaneously many times during the course of a day, the most easily recognisable one being the stage between
wakefulness and sleep, when our bodies are totally relaxed and our unconscious mind can work without the filter of our conscious mind.
These naturally occurring shifts in awareness enable me to speak directly with your unconscious mind and enable it to find solutions to existing problems by uncovering feelings, thoughts and memory patterns that have led to the problem, and which continue to maintain it.
I use a combination of techniques to modify those patterns so that you are able to take control
of your behaviour, based on
your understanding of
what restricts you, so
that I can provide an
individual therapeutic
approach tailored to your
needs and personality.
